Beachin’ Baby Equipment Rentals Policy & Terms

Renters of equipment; abides by the following policy guidelines to protect the best interest of all stakeholders, including our valuable customers. We want to ensure that our products and services are to the highest standard for each and every renter. Our policies help us to make that possible. Must be 18 years of age to rent, no exceptions.

• All payments for rentals reservation done via internet or phone agree to waiver.
• No refunds for early returns or due to weather.
• If you break it or we are unable to clean it, you buy it, at retail cost.
• All equipment should be returned in the shape delivered, this includes free of sand and river mud. If not there will be a clean-up fee of $15.00 per item.
• Any payment via internet or phone is a binding contract.
• 50% cancellation fee within 35 DAYS of delivery.
• No refunds on cancellation within 30 DAYS of delivery.

Assumption and Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability Agreement

I the renter, knowingly and freely assume all such risk, both known and unknown.

I the renter, willingly agree to comply with stated and customary terms, directions and conditions for use of the rented equipment.

I the renter and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, Hereby Release and Hold Harmless Beachin’ Baby Equipment Rentals, their offices and agents/employees.

I HAVE READ THE TERMS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT. I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO POLICY, TERMS AND RISKS, I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEMENT OF RENTAL AND FREELY, VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT INDUCEMENT
